A Warm Welcome and Caring Service

I felt secure upon arrival as a lone female traveler. The staff showed genuine care from check-in. Everyone acted professionally and warmly making me feel at home. I found them very approachable .
My room was small a little dated, and needed some maintenance. The bathroom was not as clean as expected. While I enjoyed the proximity to stores, overall the room needed improvements.

The staff were AMAZING especially at reception. The family room offered plenty of space for everyone. I enjoyed the pool a lot though I know it needs some updates. The breakfast buffet was excellent, it HAD so many options. STARBUCKS coffee was such a bonus!
I thought the gym equipment could have been better maintained.

The air conditioning was really effective, a great relief . The staff were also friendly and helpful. The food arrived quickly, which I appreciated (time is precious!).
The room decor seemed quite tired and in need of updating. I also noticed the beds weren't very comfortable. It seemed a topper was already on the mattress.

I appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival and the staff's helpfulness. The room provided a comfortable stay with a good bathroom. Breakfast offered many options, and the staff were great too find pancakes for my daughter.
The bar area was understaffed. Only one person worked behind the bar on a busy night. The drinks were expensive.
