clean room local leaflet friendly staff sealed window confusing app card payment

the room was very clean. a leaflet with local attractions was available. the staff were friendly.

the windows were sealed shut. the confusing app wouldn't process card payments for room service. i probably won't stay here again.

helpful staff central location excellent food unmade bed tired furniture stained carpet

the staff were friendly and helpful. the location in central was easy for walking to theatres. the food was excellent and i enjoyed the rooms.

the bed was not fully made. the room furniture felt tired and worn. the carpet had stains. i have stayed in much cleaner hotels for a lot less.

noisy housekeeping poor room placement

the room placement was disappointing despite a premium price the housekeeping staff was noisy early in the morning. they constantly came and went using the bottle recycle bin as a basketball net from 8am onwards. i received a shoulder shrug and a promise of better placement next time. there will be no next time though

The room was quite spacious and featured convenient amenities. I found a Nespresso machine alongside complimentary coffee capsules. The bathroom included both a rainfall shower and separate sinks. The location provided easy access to multiple attractions.

The cooling system was sometimes challenging to regulate, requiring assistance from the staff.

The location was central. Very clean and well-appointed rooms. i also found the bed comfortable. It helped me sleep very well.

the carpet in my room had stains, which i found a little off-putting.
