I found a few issues . the bathroom layout was odd. The shower lacked proper enclosure, so water leaked onto the floor. it was a consistent problem. also, the gym was quite small. There was only one very loud exercise bike and a limited selection of equipment. it made getting a proper workout difficult.

The room was large and comfortable. It included a good bed. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped with nice facilities. I found the staff to be lovely and attentive. I found the building's interesting history appealing. I liked the architecture.

The room design was disappointing. There was no place to put luggage, with no dresser and very few drawers for clothes. This hotel seems ill-equipped for travelers on the move. I would look elsewhere next time.

The room was clean and well laid out. It was also conveniently located near the metro lane.

The check-in process was slow. It took over 30 minutes to check in, and there was no quick way to check out even though I needed to get to the airport. There needs to be a key drop facility. The team at reception are just slow. The room leaves snacks and water, it's misleading because they look like they are free but they are part of the mini bar.
