the staff was friendly. they made personal recommendations for restaurants they had tried. the terrace was a lovely spot to sit and have a drink. the snack room provided an assortment of sandwiches and beverages gratis all day long, it was amazing!!!
i was disappointed that there was no coffee in the morning unless i paid extra. there also was no coffee machine in the room. i think this is unacceptable given the price i paid. it is not the same as a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.

I found the staff super helpful and understanding. The room I had included a hammock. This was a very comfortable space. It was great. The lounge and main room are across the hall. I found it great because of different sleep hours.
I noticed the softdrinks are not complimentary anymore. Other bar items have increased in price. The coffee bag in the room was clumsy and performed poorly. I think they should have regular instant coffee.

the garden king room featured a lovely view of the planted wall. i had a separate sitting room across the hall for lounging. the beds and linens were excellent.. the room darkness was perfect for sleeping. the bathroom was spacious with a garden wall view.
during my stay, the food options that were previously included in the price had changed. i think the hotel should notify guests of changes before their stay, especially for repeat visitors. it was challenging that the petit breakfast items were no longer offered on the terrace after my second day.

the rooftop terrace overlooks the city and features palm trees. there is an honesty bar and an outdoor drench shower. the location is near the rambla but remains quiet.

the staff assisted us with getting around. they provided recommendations for local restaurants. they scheduled taxis for us at appropriate times to reach our destinations, showing politeness and courtesy.
