easy access key attraction friendly staff prompt service
The hotel's location is superb. It offered easy access to key attractions. The staff members were friendly. They provided assistance with directions and recommendations. I found the service really good and prompt. It. I also appreciated the complimentary welcome drink upon my arrival.
The gym equipment was slightly outdated.

Mixed Feelings About This Place
zero privacy poor design
The room design... what were they thinking? The bathroom had zero privacy! Two tiny cubicles crammed the toilet and shower. There was no space to hang a towel. Seriously? The sink sat outside without a door. When traveling with family, this setup is beyond ridiculous. It is just dumb.

private lounge attentive service surprise arrangement
i was upgraded to a suite. the staff arranged a private lounge with cava , coffee , and tapas for a family surprise. this attentive service really charmed me.
the breakfast area felt small and crowded , particularly around 10:00 when items were often missing or not refilled.

the staff were very friendly. the room was quite good. it included a very powerful shower similar to a jacuzzi.
the room i stayed in had little storage. the toilet and sink were not too convenient. i found the room a little dark without wardrobes.

minimal privacy poor design
The hotel is close to many attractions, acceptable.
The room design was not ideal. There was minimal privacy in the bathroom area. The toilet and shower were in small cubicles. There was no door at the sink, and changing clothes privately was difficult.
