i found the staff friendly and helpful. the hotel was very clean and convenient to transportation options. the location was superb, very close to the aerobus bus stop and the metro station. i recommend this hotel.

the fitness room had ample equipment for a good workout. there are three elevators, very efficient, so there was no waiting time. the large breakfast buffet offered ample room to sit , even during rush hours.

the room included soundproof windows and a comfortable bed. air conditioning was very quiet and responded reliably to settings. the modern shower had both a rain shower and a regular shower head.

reception and breakfast staff were competent and helpful at all times. the team responded quickly to inquiries and provided excellent recommendations. the staff was friendly , and i felt very comfortable there.

The location was very convenient due to the proximity to españa metro station and the bus station. my room included an iron for clothing. the staff was friendly and helpful. I found this very useful. the room was also very super clean and cozy. i had a standard room there.
i found the pressure reducers in the shower head to be an issue. it turned showering into a real effort. this was quite annoying after long days of travel.

the location has great metro connectivity. i found easy access to public transport a real advantage. the airport bus stops directly across the street. this took approximately 15 minutes. it was really amazing!!!

unclean roomfaulty air conditioning
the room wasn't as clean as i hoped it would be hair was on the bed i found this quite off-putting the air conditioning also struggled to keep the room cool it felt a bit stuffy despite my efforts to adjust the settings i reminded me of it needed a maintenance check a proper working air conditioning is really essential especially during warmer months
