adequate stay with some drawbacks
unreliable elevatorlong delays
the elevator service was quite unreliable. one of the elevators was out of service (during my stay), causing significant delays. i had to wait a long time, especially during peak hours, to go up or down. this was particularly inconvenient when i had luggage or was in a hurry.

Uneven stay. Some issues noted
small roomloud air conditioning
The room I was initially given was quite small, AND it faced an internal courtyard. This meant there was practically no natural light. I found this QUITE disappointing. the air conditioning unit was rather loud. it made sleeping difficult at times.

Unresolved issues mar the stay
broken showerpayment miscommunication
The shower fixture was broken. It was impossible to properly adjust the shower head. During breakfast, staff asked me to pay a second time, even though I had already paid. The staff at the front desk confirmed my payment, but the miscommunication was annoying.
