excellent hotel, great experience

The location is excellent, very close to la rambla. the staff was friendly and helpful at all times . the rooftop bar offered convenient service and a relaxing atmosphere. my room was clean and very comfortable. I felt at home.
the pool on the rooftop was a little underwhelming, it could use more sunbeds.

the room had all products by rituals, my favorite brand, a detail i really appreciated. the bathroom was very clean, it even included a modern rainfall shower. i really enjoyed my time in this room.

the hotel is situated just off la rambla, away from large crowds and noise. many attractions and restaurants are very close, accessible on foot. i found the area convenient, it made exploring the city easier

the room walls seemed too thin. i heard the neighbours too loud. the area don't feel safe. the hotel is in an alleyway that taxis cannot reach.

The location was excellent. Everything was nearby. i could easily walk to many attractions and restaurants. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Hubert stood out for his really good service.
The air conditioning wasn't working well, though they did move me to another room. It wasn't as nice as the first one.
