Excellent River View and Service!
excellent location river view great service
The location was excellent because of a half marathon that started right outside. My room overlooked the river and the weir. I had access to the balcony with its table and chairs. The staff kindly made a late 'full English' breakfast. I really appreciated that!

The tv aerial socket in my room was loose. It needs some attention.

the breakfast had great choices. the location was wonderful by the river, with access to hampton court along the towpath. staff were very friendly there.

riverside location breakfast choice cute service outdated room low shower pressure worn carpets
The location by the river was certainly convenient. Breakfast included a variety of options, offering ample choice (especially the bacon!). The staff provided a cute service.
The room felt quite outdated, requiring some refurbishment. The shower pressure was low. Carpets in the bar area seemed worn and could use replacing.
