convenient stay!

train station helpful staff fair price

the train station was very close, a real plus for getting around. the reception staff were quite helpful . i thought the price was fair, especially considering the location.

the street noise was a problem at night. i could also hear other guests.

comfy bed spacious room

The hotel has a good location. It is close to both euston and st pancras station. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious.

The carpet was dirty. The staff is not always at the desk. When you want to return in the middle of the day, entry is not automatic. I had to call the front desk to get someone to let me in.

The location was convenient. It was close to shops and public transport, and the room, a double room, was nice and clean. The staff were helpful and kept our luggage after checkout.

The stairs were quite steep and narrow! It was difficult to carry luggage up. The room itself was small. There was no elevator.

faulty window unreliable wifi

the location was great, very near to public transport hubs.

the room i got was quite a letdown. the window seemed faulty, and a noticeable draft plus street noise made it hard to relax (i requested a quiet room, go figure). also, the wifi was practically non-existent, and it really messed with my plans.
