I found the hotel staff friendly. Kevin, the receptionist, was nice, so helpful. The breakfast lady served us well. The hotel location has a cute street near the train station. Breakfast was a classic English breakfast, a great start.

The room was tiny. There was a very inclined staircase to the last floor without an elevator.

The room includes a comfortable bed that ensured a good night sleep. The bathroom had all necessary amenities, and they were neatly arranged. A smart TV allowed easy movie streaming.

I found the location convenient, being close to the train station. The breakfast was a GREAT start to the day. The staff were friendly both at the reception and in the restaurant, a HUGE plus.

Our room was quite small, a bit disappointing. Sound insulation was poor, I could hear noise from the road. The light from the hallway shone through the door crack.

the location was excellent. it was a short walk from paddington station (very convenient). i also found the staff super friendly and helpful. the full english breakfast was of good quality too.

my room was on the top floor. there was no elevator available (quite a climb!). the stairs were steep and narrow. it was a bit difficult to manage my luggage.

The breakfast waitress was quite rude. I found this tarnished the stay. she was disorganized and seemed overwhelmed. it was like a scene from faulty towers, only worse.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is a short walk to Paddington station, including access to the Heathrow express. I found the breakfast quite good. It had a selection of items, including a full English breakfast option that was prepared fresh to order (especially good when you are starting your day early).

My room was quite warm and only had a fan for cooling. This made sleeping a little uncomfortable.
