decent stay, some issues

bright displayspring mattress

I found the room a bit underwhelming. It certainly wasn't as nice as i'd expected from the photos. the bed had a spring mattress and it felt too firm. I could even hear the springs move whenever i shifted. also the thermostat display was very bright and right next to the bed. it kept the room from being dark.

The location proved beneficial. I loved a bus stop being nearby. The room was super clean and they offered all the necessary amenities. The room has a king bed and a television. It makes a peaceful haven for weary travelers.

My experience had some slight imperfections. The furniture was quite worn. The Wi-Fi experienced occasional disruptions. It was a bit frustrating. The price to value ratio seemed off.

the included breakfast was a good spread with hams cheeses bread beans jams and yogurt it was a great way to start the day i found the staff helpful alma at the front desk found me a room early i also enjoyed dinner at the hotel bar with good food and drinks

i asked for a late checkout and was told it was fine but i was later charged a late checkout fee

the staff was cute and helpful throughout my stay breakfast service included attentive staff like munaza who made the experience pleasant the front desk offered recommendations and quick check in even with early arrival.

The room had extras like an ironing board. i also found an iron, different types of coffee, a trouser press, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizing cream. the full english breakfast provided was fabulous. It was not just continental.

The staff at the reception was really nice. They made sure I was happy with my room. I liked that they stored my bike in the luggage area overnight. That was a plus. Breakfast had fresh coffee and juice.

This hotel is very close to a bus stop, and the bus goes straight to the tube. Several parks are nearby. It was good for a morning run. It is also located conveniently close to airport terminals.
