stale smoke odor unregulated shower

the staff at check in seemed friendly enough, i guess.

The room smelled strongly of stale smoke. Though it was supposedly non-smoking. the shower temperature was impossible to regulate. I went from freezing to scalding in seconds. the bed seemed like sleeping on a pile of rocks. Definitely not the luxurious experience i had hoped for.

The staff members at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. My room included multiple tea and coffee options (i tried them all). Secure parking with cctv was available and free.

The room decor seemed a bit dated. The toilet seat had some damage (though it was still usable). The walls looked stained in certain areas.

The staff was always helpful, and they resolved small issues quickly. I found the grounds had ample space. The rooms are spacious and clean. I could easily park my car with no issues.

The water pressure in the bathroom was a little low.

My room was a twin. The beds were clean. Amenities such as shampoo, soap, tea and coffee are included, i was really surprised. The room had sufficient space for luggage.

Parking was easy. The hotel grounds offer a secure place for vehicles. There is a restaurant located next door. It was convenient. The surrounding back garden and park are very well maintained.

There is an in-house Indian restaurant, and the food was lovely. It had a great menu. Breakfast offered a nice buffet. This included various options. I was happy with all the food served.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were courteous throughout my stay, i appreciated them. Any minor issues I had experienced were sorted promptly and to my satisfaction. I would stay again. This is a very nice hotel.
