clean room quiet room reliable wifi non-working television dampness around windows limescale buildup

my room was clean and quiet. the bathroom was basic, but it worked well. the wifi connection was reliable. i was able to do all my online work without issue.

the television in my room did not work. the staff offered a solution, but it was not ideal. the room showed dampness around the windows.

i liked the room i got. it was a standard twin room. the bed was clean. the staff gave me extra pillows when i asked.

there was no breakfast. i expected a breakfast. the walls had some stains.

the staff was amazing they really did go above and beyond. the rooms were clean and very comfortable. its proximity to the railway station is also a huge plus. i found travel easy.

the room was very small compared to what i expected from the photos. it also had a stale cigarette smell i noticed as soon as i entered.

the staff at check in seemed friendly enough, i guess.

The room smelled strongly of stale smoke. Though it was supposedly non-smoking. the shower temperature was impossible to regulate. I went from freezing to scalding in seconds. the bed reminded me of sleeping on a pile of rocks. Definitely not the luxurious experience i had hoped for.

The staff members at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. My room included multiple tea and coffee options (i tried them all). Secure parking with cctv was available and free.

The room decor seemed a bit dated. The toilet seat had some damage (though it was still usable). The walls looked stained in certain areas.

The staff was always helpful, and they resolved small issues quickly. I found the grounds had ample space. The rooms are spacious and clean. I could easily park my car with no issues.

The water pressure in the bathroom was a little low.

There is an in-house Indian restaurant, and the food was lovely. It had a great menu. Breakfast offered a nice buffet. This included various options. I was happy with all the food served.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were courteous throughout my stay, i appreciated them. Any minor issues I had experienced were sorted promptly and to my satisfaction. I would stay again. This is a very nice hotel.
