I appreciated how near the hotel was from Marble Arch station. The bathroom had a water hose. Staff was good and the location, PERFECT. The hotel is VERY near from Marble Arch, Hyde Park, Oxford Street and Edgware Road.

The tap in my room was a little wobbly. Someone had tried fixing it with sealant a few times over the years, BUT it still leaned when you use it.
