unenforced rulerude receptionist
The pool area had a real problem. people put towels on sunbeds early, and staff did not enforce any rules. many beds sat empty with towels until after lunchtime. It seemed quite unfair. one of the breakfast receptionists was also rude to multiple guests. It was not a nice experience.

the staff provided turn down service and left chocolate in my room. The spa was a amazing experience. I was happy when the staff promptly replaced the hairdryer after i mentioned a strange sound.
the pool did have sunbeds with towels early.
