very happy times!

the pool was big. it was a good size for many people. i found many sun beds. there were also free drinks and meals all day. it was a real joy to have access to all inclusive services. i really liked that i could keep my band on the final day too.

the rooms were not huge. i think the room size is one thing this place could improve.

the hotel keep everywhere super clean. the staff was friendly and very helpful at all times. i find the animation team awesome, they are super friendly with everyone.

the room includes air conditioning. this is very important for the hot weather. the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, so the room was always nice. i also liked the balcony with two chairs.

the kids club felt basic. It was literally just a room with a table. also, there are sharp edges in the kids pool. the food quality was alright, yet it became very repetitive after a few days, especially if you chose the all inclusive option, as i did.

My room was smaller than expected. Closet space proved insufficient. the air conditioning faltered during midday. The room never cooled properly. the pool area was often overcrowded. i also observed inconsistent cleaning standards, notably in the hallways! there were crumbs on the floor one day. They lingered for hours.
