The animation team was amazing! ali and his team worked hard to ensure fun throughout the day and night. fathi was helpful, encouraging everyone to get involved. the rooms were cleaned well every morning. The village rooms worked well for us.

Cleaning needs more attention. i only saw the pool being cleaned once during the week. too many cleaning staff worked together. They should have been outside separately in the mornings, especially with the bird poo on the decking areas.

The setting is beautiful. It is quite remote. you will need to catch a bus to explore outside the hotel, a nice way to escape for a while. transport links are good and easily accessible.

Staff are very helpful! the hotel staff upgraded us to village rooms. the outside pool restaurant has waiter service. All waiters were amazing, including joan, who was always efficient. animation team were excellent!!!

the grounds were beautiful and well kept.

The theme nights felt half-hearted. the selection of food was limited, and it started to feel repetitive after a few days. the quality didn't quite match the price i paid. I've had better experiences elsewhere.
