the location was acceptable, with reasonable access to nearby amenities.
I found the lift service inadequate. The long wait times, up to 20 minutes, were a significant inconvenience. Two of the five lifts often seemed out of service, which affected access to higher floors. i noted issues with cleanliness. Floors were not swept, and shower areas were not properly cleaned.

the hotel location was convenient near the beach I found a variety of dining options I noticed the staff consistently maintained cleanliness throughout the premises the entertainment options catered to both children and adults ensuring everyone had something to enjoy. The hotel offered a spa providing relaxation I used the spacious room with a kettle and fridge making the stay more comfortable I appreciated the selection during breakfast.

the room had amazing new refurbishment. i liked that check in staff was super friendly. the food was excellent with great quality choices. i totally wanna return! i liked lots of different foods.
4pm check in is a bit too late i think. i arrived early from the uk and the day was mostly gone. unpacking takes time you know?!

The room i got had two comfy double beds. it included tea, coffee. some fresh milk i did appreciate. the tv didn't worked initially, but a staff fixed it quickly. the pool looked really inviting. Its a bit crowded, though i found a free bed easy at 9am.
i had token after i check in so i can have plastic cup. i need to carry it around everywhere. i can only redeem my drink at the bar by showing them the token. it was a bit inconvenient and easy to lose.

The food selections presented many choices i think. some were a bit cold, so i reheated them quickly. the themed nights are nice, with india, english, and spanish options. paella tasted so good. The salads were very good too.

i really appreciated the friendly staff. the breakfast buffet offered a great choice. the room was very clean on arrival. i had fresh towels daily. the hotel location was also a highlight. the hotel had good access to many nearby attractions.
the lifts were sometimes a little slow, especially during peak hours though it wasn't a big issue.
