the lifts were a real issue. i sometimes waited 20 minutes for one, especially difficult with a pushchair. some staff members seemed impolite. the lack of smiles, almost like they were doing me a favour.

The hotel provided a varied buffet with fresh fish options . The room had all necessary amenities and met required standards. I found the staff helpful and quick in fixing a minor issue with the safe.
I noticed that the walls between rooms seemed quite thin. I could hear the next-door neighbor snoring, which slightly impacted my sleep quality.

The rooms size impressed. There was a mini fridge for cold drinks. I found the selection of continental breakfast really good. Parking onsite was helpful.
The pool got very dirty as the day progressed. I saw so much rubbish around it. Hardly anyone cleaned up cups and food plates.

I found the location convenient with everything within a walkable distance. The room was spacious. The shower was good. Safe parking was available .
The pool area was not consistently clean throughout the day. I noticed significant rubbish accumulating around the pool by late afternoon. More frequent cleaning would greatly improve this area.

i liked that the hotel was large. our room had a good size and a mini fridge, i felt it was really helpful. the breakfast had a very good selection of continental and cooked options and tasted amazing. the pool was fabulous, it provides great fun if you travel with children.
