the wi-fi password in the booklet did not work. the sheets had some stains, a small detail that bothered me a bit. also, the stairs to the room were a little difficult, especially with luggage

The staff were very friendly. My room had a comfortable bed and a nice atmosphere. I enjoyed my evening meal at the pub, it offered several choices, not just standard pub fare. Breakfast was also delicious..

The pillows smelled stale, even with clean pillowcases. I think the hotel should invest in new pillows.

i found the staff friendly. the pub food was consistently good, with several options, including vegan choices. the location near a park and motorway proved ideal for my needs. it was a really pleasant stay, and i would definitely book again.

the breakfast was a big let down. i asked for poached eggs and was told they didnt do them even though they had eggs benedict on the menu. gluten free tomato ketchup was like pouring soup. sausages were terrible.
