I received an upgrade to a double room and it was quite nice. It was comfortable and quiet. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! the staff were attentive and polite, addressing my needs promptly. i appreciated the clear explanation of policies upon arrival.
the lighting was a bit dim, making the initial impression less appealing.

inconsistent water pressureinflexible breakfast service
the shower had issues with consistent water pressure adjusting the temperature was also difficult the bin in the bathroom wasn't emptied from the previous guests i needed to leave early at 6am but there was no one at reception to check me out. breakfast service also seemed inflexible not providing even a small snack given my early departure after paying full price

The room i received was not what i expected. there were maintenance issues. Specifically, the shower tray drained very slowly. the instant coffee provided was not good..

The location was handy for transport links and it was close to the beach. I found the breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful .
