really good breakfast and polite staff!
room upgrade comfortable room attentive staff clear policy
I received an upgrade to a double room and it was quite nice. It was comfortable and quiet. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! the staff were attentive and polite, addressing my needs promptly. i appreciated the clear explanation of policies upon arrival.
the lighting was a bit dim, making the initial impression less appealing.

My double room featured comfortable bedding and plenty of soft towels. This. the room was also equipped with a tv, and i found the room spotlessly clean, further enhancing my comfort.

the breakfast buffet was substantial the room was very clean. the location suited my plans as i needed to be close to the port for travel the next day

average stay needs updates
inconsistent water pressure inflexible breakfast service
the shower had issues with consistent water pressure adjusting the temperature was also difficult the bin in the bathroom wasn't emptied from the previous guests i needed to leave early at 6am but there was no one at reception to check me out. breakfast service also seemed inflexible not providing even a small snack given my early departure after paying full price

mixed experience, some issues
slow drainage instant coffee
the staff greeted me efficiently upon arrival.
The room i received was not what i expected. there were maintenance issues. Specifically, the shower tray drained very slowly. the instant coffee provided was not good..

The location was handy for transport links and it was close to the beach. I found the breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful .
I noticed worn carpets on stairs needed a deep clean.

convenient location sufficient breakfast fresh bedding
The location proved convenient, placing me close to local attractions. The provided breakfast offered sufficient choices to start the day. I found fresh bedding and towels in the room, a nice touch. The wifi worked without issues.
The stairs posed a challenge with luggage.
