the staff was friendly and professional! the room was very spacious. the facilities were clean and maintained. the room really met my needs for a comfortable place for the night.

the facility isn't the cleanest, i noticed the carpet and hard floor were sticky, so i couldn't walk around the room without shoes on.

The reception staff was lovely. They were available 24/7 and responded quickly to requests. the team were very friendly and always willing to assist with directions or basic needs. the check-in process was fast.

the location has good facilities right on the doorstep, with lots of places to eat nearby. it's easily accessible from the m6, so that's a great thing. it made it easy to continue my journey.

the location was very convenient next to the motorway. Access to parking was easy. the staff was friendly and helpful .

the bathroom needed attention, I found some mold on the tiles. the television had basic channels, this did not include subtitles. i also noticed there was NO wifi available in my room.

I was given a ground floor room as requested, very helpful due to my mobility issues! I found several food options nearby, very convenient. Staff members were quick with extra pillows. I need them to sleep comfortably! The room was quiet, despite the truck stop location.

The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. I could feel the metal frame.
