i found the staff to be friendly and efficient. the room was clean. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection (especially the pastries). i appreciated the convenience of the location near the motorway.

The parking fee felt a bit cheeky. Paying extra at a motorway hotel seemed unfair. also, the bathroom wasn't as clean as i'd hoped. there was a lingering smell, and i noticed some grime around the shower tiles. the smell was really unpleasant! the tiles looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while.

The food was a letdown. I had to ask for a refund on three separate items. the service was slow. A bit haphazard. my steak ordered medium-well came out bleeding, that's not right. the chips with cheese sauce and bacon bits were cold and arrived way before the main meal, a real problem.

Benjamin provided great service. Alix cooked amazing food. The rooms were really clean and tidy. There was a lot of parking available when I arrived.

I did notice a smell, especially in the bathroom. It smelled stale, possibly from damp caused by over splash from the shower onto the floor. Outside stair lights were not optimal. I could hear neighbours drawing water at one in the morning.

The staff was helpful. The rooms have everything you need on a day to day basis.

The hotel did not impress. The dessert tasted off, and I left feeling queasy. The bed was too hard for a good night's sleep, a fact.
