The staff greeted us with warm smiles! abner upgraded our room, it was such kindness. the executive lounge offered complimentary breakfast too. Such a treat! the hotel created a beautiful ambience. Every corner seemed to whisper romance.

The bathroom had limited amenities. This was not a big issue. However it could have been better.

the room cleanliness needs improvement surfaces were not thoroughly cleaned. i noticed dust accumulation in corners specifically near the headboard. the in-house gym access requires crossing the street a minor inconvenience given inclement weather. it would be more convenient if the gym was directly accessible within the building.

the front desk personnel was really excellent! the hotel is amazing location in the city center and provided easy access to everything. we arrived in the morning and were provided coffee. they stored our luggage while we waited for our room. it was ready within an hour.

The room was warm because the ac would often turn off. I thought that wasn't ideal. the room was never vacuumed , and i noticed there was no fitted sheet on the bed. i also had to ask for more towels as they were not replaced regularly.

The location was CENTRAL, close to many museums and Trinity College. The staff were friendly and helpful. One person at the front desk and the server at breakfast were especially great. I will be back for another stay because the hotel is quiet and comfortable.

inconsistent acunreplaced toiletries

The ac in the room seemed to turn off randomly, made the room warm at times. i also noticed the room was not vacuumed . additionally, i had to ask for more soap and shampoo because they were not automatically replaced. this fell short of what i expect from a hotel in this price range. It was a bit disappointing.
