underwhelming stay

the leisure club facilities were acceptable.
the hotel seemed run down. maintenance was poor with rotting woodwork. there was condensation on the windows in my room, and the heating didn't work properly. i found the lack of attention to detail disappointing.

good visit, some minor issues

great locationgreat roomawesome staff
I found the building's location great. the function room was great. It accommodated everyone. the staff were really awesome and cute.
The bed was uncomfortable with a thin mattress. we had asked for a family room and adjoining rooms so children were in a separate room. we had seen online that hotel did breakfast, but it did not and there was nowhere nearby to get food.
