The hotel is centrally located. The staff were friendly. My room included tea and coffee making facilities (I definitely needed that). The bathroom was spacious with both a shower and a bath.

The hallway carpets showed a bit of wear.

the location was excellent for exploring the area.

the loud music from a nearby pub was a major problem as it went on until 3am (i could barely sleep). the heating in my room did not work properly. the shower only provided lukewarm water, made showering unpleasant.

The carpets in the hallway were quite grubby. They really need a thorough cleaning. the room lighting was also insufficient. The lamps did not provide enough light to properly illuminate the space. i also noted the absence of staff. I encountered only one person .

My room was very spacious with nice decor. The staff was always helpful and friendly (especially when I needed directions). The location was superb, very close to everything.

The music from the nearby venue was loud until late at night.

the location was excellent, placing me steps from the cathedral and various shops. i found my room surprisingly spacious, complete with ample toiletries. eliza greeted me with a warm welcome. i really appreciated the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom..

the music from the bar downstairs vibrated through the room's furniture and floor until late, impacting my sleep. it was a little loud that night.

the hotel offers easy access to nearby shops and pubs. the presence of a safe in the room added a measure of security for valuables i brought with me. a clock radio was available as well.

the staff members were friendly and accommodating, and they seemed ready to assist guests. eliza offered a very cute greeting upon my arrival, showing a personal touch that improved my first impression. their attentiveness clearly contributes positively to guest satisfaction.
