Lovely Stay with Delicious Food!

beautiful beer gardenhomemade gravyfriendly staffblocked plug
I've been visiting this place for years. I discovered they have a beautiful beer garden! The weather was great during my Sunday visit, so lunch outside was perfect. Sunday lunch cost £15. Everything was homemade, tasty, and very generous, especially the gravy! I found the staff and chef very friendly and helpful, too.
The shower plug seemed a bit blocked, so the water drained slowly. I noticed some dust on the skirting board in the room. The cleanliness of the window could have been better, as it slightly obscured the view.
Rooms
9/10
The Family Room included comfortable beds and plenty of space for luggage. It also had blackout curtains. This ensured restful sleep at night. The room featured a television with many channels. I found this great.
Service

The hotel offered quick and friendly service. I appreciated the helpfulness of the reception staff. The breakfast service was excellent. The servers were attentive. The staff addressed my inquiries promptly!
Location
8/10
The hotel's location offered really nice, quiet surroundings and views of the castle and sea. It was also a short drive from nearby attractions. I liked the convenience to local shops!

The location offered easy access to local dining spots and bars. Our family room was spacious and very comfortable. It included a separate area with bunk beds. This worked great for the kids. The sea and castle views from our room were fine!
The television in the room was a bit outdated and didn't function as well as expected. This was slightly annoying.
