The room was decorated to hotel standard. Acceptable.
The instructions for the heating were COMPLETELY incorrect. It was impossible to turn on the heating myself. There was no staff to assist with this. I spent two nights freezing.

The room included a coffee machine, very convenient in the morning! The shower was good. It had strong water pressure. I appreciated having a hanging rail with plenty of hangers.
The bedside lights didn't work.

The room featured a comfortable bed with wonderful pillows. The staff kindly provided ice upon request, which I found helpful. The location was super convenient, with everything easily accessible. I also found a coffee machine in the room, very useful.
I noticed that the bedside lights didn't work.

The bar's atmosphere was inviting, and the food proved good, particularly the curry. The pub downstairs (a very lovely pub itself) created a warm environment. I found the combination of the pub setting and delicious meals excellent.

my room was very modern and quiet, set back from the street. the bed offered excellent comfort. i found parking accessible and appreciated the attentive staff, ready to assist with anything i needed.
i noticed a slight delay in response to queries.
