the location was great near the beach. my room was a twin room, and it was very clean. the staff are friendly and they are helpful. the food portions were generous during both breakfast and dinner.

the stairs creaked slightly.

The location is superb, just a short walk into town. The view from the window across the beach is beautiful. i could hear the sea at night and enjoyed a cup of tea looking out each morning. tea and coffee facilities were provided, along with biscuits and bottled water. the room was clean.

i found some of the furniture a little tired. there is also no dedicated parking, which could be challenging during peak times.

breakfast included a decent vegetarian option, i found this convenient. the restaurant looked well kept, the breakfast area looked especially clean. service was prompt, and staff were efficient, it was appreciated.
