the staff was friendly and cute, a plus. i found available car parking space behind the hotel! the breakfast was great with a good selection offered.
the room was too hot even with the radiator off, though it was cold outside. there was floss left on the floor and cobwebs on the ceiling, so the room could have been cleaner.

The staff was friendly and efficient. They assisted with quick check-in and attended to requests promptly. the breakfast service was very efficient with friendly staff ensuring everything was well-stocked and clean. it made for a smooth start to the day.

the double room included a comfortable bed. there were also shelves, hooks, and space available for belongings. the room was warm, though i had some issues with temperature control. the rooms were quiet location.

the staff were friendly and efficient. the room quality surpassed my expectations.
The parking situation was frustrating. I wanted to park at the hotel, but no spaces were available when i got there. i wish they had mentioned shipley is within the bradford clean air zone. (a heads-up would have saved me some trouble)
