Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues
smoke smellfood replenishment
The room smelled strongly of smoke. Breakfast needed better management, as there was a wait for replenishments. Staff at reception was pleasant, but a wait proved necessary because food needed to be cooked. This did not make for a prompt start.

The room included a good work desk. It also had good lighting. A GREAT pub stood opposite the hotel. It offered good food.
The cleaning needed improvement. I found stains on the bedding.

dust collectionbreakfast setup
the room looked okay, but the curtain rail came down right away. dust was collected in many places. we had money to spend in the restaurant but it was closed. the continental breakfast felt depressing. there was cereal and toast, but it resembled a primary school breakfast club

the rockingham suite included a spacious bathroom. i noticed jets came from every angle in the shower. the staff offered a warm, cute atmosphere.
soap dispenser was empty by the wash basin.

The restaurant had delicious food with generous portions. The service was excellent. breakfast offers a wide array of choices, ranging from continental to a full english, alongside a lovely coffee machine serving various hot drinks. the food was AMAZING!!!

The room included tea and coffee. there was an iron in the wardrobe, alongside a safe for valuables. i noted little extra bits, for example, a tv in the bathroom and flute glasses were available. The lobby was beautiful!!!
