Excellent hotel experience

the STAFF were helpful and friendly. I needed a sewing kit when a button came off my dinner suit and reception provided one immediately. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of fresh items. I found my room clean, and the bed provided excellent comfort for a restful night.

the car park was VERY tight, making it difficult to maneuver larger vehicles.

the staff members were always available and ready to help. They provided prompt assistance with any requests I had, and they were always polite. Their attentiveness added to the quality of my visit.

the breakfast offered good quality produce and a decent selection (i liked the pastries).

The initial impression wasn't great. There was a noticeable drain smell upon entering. also, the gym was smaller than expected, and it lacked a sauna or steam room, amenities i saw advertised on multiple websites (false advertising, perhaps?).
