The Hilton Leeds City offers 208 rooms, including Standard and Deluxe twins and doubles, plus suites. Suites feature a double or king-size bed and a sofabed in the sitting area. All guestrooms include 24-hour room service, laptop-compatible safes, and laptop-friendly workspaces. Rooms come with ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities, including an electric kettle. They also have a writing desk and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms have an easy chair, and adjoining rooms are available. Each has a city view, large windows and contemporary decor. Some rooms have oblique views over a section of the River Aire and over the city to the West Yorkshire countryside. Bathrooms feature free toiletries and a shower with a hairdryer. Suites include bathrobes and slippers. Free Wi-Fi is available to all guests. Connecting rooms and non-smoking rooms are available.

City 3 Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner menus in a brasserie style.
