The staff was very friendly. Women at reception were great too welcome me. The evening meal was delicious and breakfast also was fresh. My room was comfortable, and the bathroom lighting was really good! The shower was very hot.
Many menu items were unavailable. Simple dishes like pizza were off the menu.

I found the dining area to be adequately sized, fitting many guests comfortably. There was also a good selection of food to choose from! The presentation of each dish was beautiful, and the staff kept things really clean.

unfortunately, the restaurant setup really didn't work for a business traveler like me. i had to pay for breakfast upfront for my entire stay. then, when i ate in the restaurant, i had to pay upfront for every single thing i ordered, with separate receipts for each drink and meal. this resulted in multiple receipts to process, not ideal for business expense claims.

My room was a Standard Queen Room and it was clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. Breakfast had a good selection of food items (I especially liked the pastries).
The air conditioning unit in my room was not working properly. There was some noise above my room at 2:00 am, disrupting my sleep. I found a few ants in my room.
