The staff were friendly. Hotel decor has a modern touch and retains period features. We had a premium king room. It was modern and very comfortable. Bar food was good. Breakfast was also lovely. Parking was plentiful.
The room felt a bit cold initially, but the heating issue was resolved promptly.

The hotel has a good car park right next to it. It was handy. I stayed on remembrance Sunday. The building has a lot character. It is well worth a visit.

The room had everything we needed. There was a nice lot of lighting and mirrors in room. Lovely fluffy towels were in the bathroom. The shower was good too and spotlessly clean.

The ballroom looks out of this world. The beds are comfortable. I enjoyed sitting in the outside garden, having coffee. The architecture displays a nostalgic Victory era style.

The room was quite spacious and also very clean. Beds seemed comfortable and I found the location to be perfect. There was easy access and good parking with electric chargers.
I was charged on my credit card a sum I have not received back. The sum exceeded the room cost. I found a leak under the hand basin which soaked all the towels. Some coffee was spilled on the tray.

The staff were friendly. my room was super clean, a real plus. breakfast offered a high standard of food. It was quickly replenished. i noticed the hotel felt well kept while holding onto its history.
The air conditioning unit in my room was noisy. it sounded like a glugging drain all night. This was really disruptive.

i found the staff very pleasant and helpful. parking was straightforward to manage. the room itself was large and included two comfortable double beds. i will certainly stay again at this lovely location.
i found that the rooms had insufficient heating. portable radiators were present inside. the windows were draughty. the bathrooms lacked heating as well.
