Osso buco, cross-cut veal shin braised in stock with tomato, white wine & sage, is served with Milanese saffron risotto & gremolata of chopped parsley, lemon zest & garlic. Darren Goodwin, executive chef, designs the menus using locally sourced ingredients. The menu includes Sunday roasts with all the trimmings, available all day Sunday from 12-8pm, served exclusively in the restaurant. The burger includes relish, iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato, grilled streaky bacon, and melted Monterey Jack in an American-style toasted burger bun, served with house slaw & proper chips. Guests can enjoy wines such as Sancerre, Premier Cru Chablis, Chateauneuf, Amarone or Pauillac by the glass.
