i found the spa day package quite enjoyable. the outdoor hot tubs offered amazing views. mo ensured I felt comfortable and explained EVERYTHING clearly.
the steam ROOM floor was not clean. i also observed scum around the sides of the outdoor hot tubs. the women's changing facilities had thick dust on the doors.
