i found the room was not up to par. the bathroom was missing toiletries, and the shower temperature fluctuated wildly. plus, the tv remote didn't work, a minor but frustrating detail

The room had good space. It included a mini fridge, very useful for keeping drinks cold. The hotel provided easy access to main roads , made getting around simple. Breakfast had some variety, and I found sufficient options.
The hotel bar closed relatively early.

brown stainsdirty towels
i didn't appreciate being unable to check in until 3 pm even though the park opened earlier. i had medication needing refrigeration and had to store it in the restaurant fridge. the hotel room was not what i expected from a 4-star hotel (i think the rating is exaggerated). cobwebs and dust were present, towels had brown stains, and there were toys and wrappers under the bed.

Fantastic Stay! Superb Hotel Experience
great dealcomfortable accommodationlovely breakfast
I booked a great deal with the Stay and Play package, securing both comfortable accommodation and two days of park tickets. Character breakfast was a huge hit with everyone. the breakfast tasted lovely. The room was very clean and had fabulous bathrooms. I really enjoyed my stay. I wish it was longer!
I was disappointed that some rides were not operating during our two-day stay.

The hotel provides early access to the park, thirty minutes before the official opening. This allowed us to get a head start. Crazy golf is available and included in the price of the stay, a really nice touch. Each floor features distinct engine themes that captivated my children.

I found the staff super helpful and friendly. They were also very good with children. Reception booked us in. Millie was warm and cute. she gave all the necessary information. Dining room staff were equally lovely, could not be more accommodating, and seemed happy in their work.

The breakfast offered a good selection of continental and cooked options. I thought it was pretty good. The character breakfast was a huge hit and quite tasty, a really fun experience for the kids. The on-site restaurant provides great meals, although the prices are somewhat expensive.

i received an upgrade to an executive double room upon arrival. the room offered generous space and felt clean. i noticed a convenient well-priced bar and friendly staff readily available. also the car park offered convenient parking and easy access to the hotel entrance.
