i found the staff friendly and accommodating. the location allowed easy access to many attractions. breakfast offered a nice variety of options. the room was well-kept with a comfy bed, i rested very well.

The water temperature in the shower was a bit inconsistent at times. It fluctuated unexpectedly.

The spa facilities included a sauna and steam room. I appreciated access to both. the rooftop terrace provided great city views. building work was ongoing but did not greatly affect my stay.

the room was well-equipped with marble bathroom, it looked luxurious. a big bed was present, it ensured a good sleep quality. an amazing view came from the balcony.

the location was acceptable. it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.

I found the air conditioning system frustrating. I could not adjust the temperature in my room. i had to contact reception each time i wanted a change. this proved inconvenient, particularly during the night.
