poor soundproofing limited selection

the staff was friendly and helpful .

My room's door didn't close well and creaked, and the soundproofing was poor. I could hear noises both inside and outside. the room was also too dark, lacking sufficient lighting. breakfast was disappointing. The selection was limited and did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
