The hotel's location is convenient. It is close to several major attractions and public transport. The staff was friendly. They helped me store my luggage before check-in. This was useful.
The soundproofing of the room was not very good. I could hear noises from the hallway and other rooms. The breakfast was basic. It lacked some variety.

the location was excellent close to many historical sites the hotel maintained great cleanliness and the rooms featured nice decoration i appreciated the friendly helpful and polite staff they were always available for any questions or assistance that i had.
my room was near reception and i was bothered by loud voices late at night it seemed the walls were thin i also heard people showering in rooms next to mine this was uncomfortable at times

The hotel location was acceptable, placing me within a reasonable distance of attractions.
The bathtub in my 2nd-floor room had black grout in all corners. It gave the impression of mold. I found the condition unhygienic. Staff offered cleaning, but the tub's condition made it unusable.

I totally loved my time! the staff greeted me with such enthusiasm, and i mean, who doesn't want to start their vacation like that? they arranged the free walking tours, i enjoyed them. also, i found the location convenient. Getting around was a total breeze!
the only tiny snag i encountered was that the entrance lacked prominent signage. i walked past it a couple of times before finally spotting it. a visible sign would be great!

the entrance was hard to find. we spent ages looking for it. there wasn't enough signage. finding the reception was also difficult, i had to ask people for direction. i also found the breakfast had limited option, some items weren't available.
