the hotel location worked well for hitting nearby historical spots. the staff had answers on the area i needed.

the walls are thin, so you hear everything from other rooms, including loud noise late. its hard to sleep before the noise from restaurants ends.

staff answered questions plus helped arrange a day tour to capri when asked, and they seemed very kind to everyone. i saw them help other folks with directions, transport, and activity bookings when i was in the lobby.

this place has many bars and restaurants nearby. the location works, since its near countless choices for food. you just step outside and find something, so location helps for dining.

the room design feels modern and it included stuff someone needs. they had all the normal bathroom items like soap, shampoo. the towels changed daily. there also exist a smartphone in each room for use, which i use for maps.

the hotel stands close to historical places (especially the colosseum) and a metro station. it makes many spots reachable by walking, though i only used the metro for visiting vatican city. the colosseum is like, a ten-minute walk.

The staff provided useful assistance with directions. The hotel offered umbrellas . A cellphone with internet access was available for loan. The building and rooms seemed well kept. the cleanliness was apparent.

The room lacked soundproofing. Street noise was noticeable despite closed windows.

the staff was friendly, and they held my bags before and after check-in so i could explore. the courtyard outside had several cute restaurants. the coliseum was right down the street. the water pressure in the shower was excellent, though the shower itself was pretty tight.

the rooms felt cramped. i booked a superior double, but i didn't have space to put my luggage on the floor. there was garbage under the bed that wasn't cleaned, though the location was great!

convenient location for sightseeing

central location minute walk food option

this hotel was very centrally located. i could walk to the colosseum in about 5 minutes. roma termini was only a 15 minute walk away. i also appreciated that there were many food options and shops around the hotel, and i felt safe in the area.

i was surprised by the noise. the hotel is in front of a busy square with several shops and bars, so it was difficult to sleep well even late at night. next time i will bring earplugs.

the location was acceptable, near many restaurants.

the room did not match the photos online. the shower cubicle was so small, i could not turn around in it. there was no refrigerator, wardrobe, chairs, or curtains in the room. i expected more for the price.
