The concierge secured dinner reservations promptly. Breakfast was included. The food had good quality. The location is central. It is close to many sights. High levels of service were given upon arrival.

The shower was compact. Baths were necessary. The bathtub had a leak. This was an inconvenience.

the noise from other guests was bothersome. i heard banging and pounding sounds late at night. the front desk could not resolve this problem despite my calls (i expected better soundproofing).

efficient stafflate-night noise

the staff was efficient upon arrival. they remained so during my entire stay.

i was disturbed by noise from other guests late at night. the sound seemed to be directly above my room and continued past midnight. it affected my ability to sleep.

The staff offered Really good service, always ready to assist with any request. I found my room well-kept. It was cleaned daily to a very high standard. The courtyard was a peaceful oasis, perfect for enjoying breakfast each morning. I REALLY loved the rooftop terrace. Sunset drinks there were lovely.

The shower in my room was rather small. It was a minor inconvenience, but I managed.
