The check-in included cocktails and canapés, it made a great first impression. I appreciated the vegan and vegetarian breakfast options. The room had a little terrace and an adjustable bed.
The wifi was not reliable.

The hotel provides excellent english support services at the front desk. Staff helped with dinner reservations and transportation options. The hotel is located centrally making it easy to walk to many attractions.

Breakfast includes fresh bio products and a buffet. I found orange juice, fruit salad, yogurt in glass pots, bread, and pastries. A chef is available for crêpes, pancakes, and omelets. There are also soft-boiled eggs.

the rooms were impressively clean with ultimate temper-pedic adjustable mattresses and beautiful cotton linens. the hotel provided complimentary wine and water upon arrival, a dyson hair dryer and curler, and a nespresso machine with a complimentary first round from the minibar. the rooftop bar and restaurant were amazing!!!
i noticed very limited vegan options during the breakfast buffet, and there were no displayed allergen or ingredient lists for the buffet items.

the front desk manager and entire staff were friendly and intelligent. they were passionate about providing an amazing hotel experience. check-in involved relaxing on a beautiful sofa with prosecco, canapés, and an espresso!!!
