really good central stay

central location crisp sheets useful service
the hotel enjoys a central location close to the main attractions. my room included crisp white sheets and towels which added to its fresh feel. the hotel team provided great recommendations for local car rental services and they proved useful for my excursions.
during my stay, i noted a minor issue with street noise at night and it somewhat impacted sleep quality

wonderful experience at this hotel

central location comfortable bed accommodating staff
the hotel location was excellent everything was within a comfortable walking distance many restaurants are nearby i found the bistro to be very good the staff was accommodating i appreciated the cleanliness of my room also the bed was particularly comfortable and the fridge with the kettle in the room was convenient.
the service wasn't always perfect considering the high price point i paid the rooms were located in a separate building from the restaurant i noticed that the heating in the corridors wasn't working the breakfast options were somewhat limited and the overall facilities were minimal.

the hotel provides a fridge and a kettle in the rooms complimentary tea coffee and water were a nice touch these facilities added convenience to my stay allowing for simple refreshments within the room.

the staff was very accommodating throughout my stay they assisted with various requests and provided helpful information this contributed to a smoother and more enjoyable experience i also appreciated the staff.

fantastic location corner gelato good range
The hotel boasts a fantastic location near major landmarks. giolitti gelato is just around the corner. the hotel provided a good range of pillows. There were both softer and harder options available.

helpful staff spacious room hearty breakfast
The staff helped arrange airport transportation. the room was spacious and clean. breakfast included more than just pastries and coffee. Eggs and bacon were available (a great addition!).
the walls were not soundproof, and i could hear noise from other rooms at night. this made it difficult to sleep.

central location tidy room comfortable bed helpful staff
The location were great for walking to monuments. The room was tidy and contained enough space. The bed offer a very comfortable rest. They give wine on arrival. I also appreciated the helpful staff at reception.
The elevator was a old model and sometimes slow to respond. This can be slightly inconvenient during peak hours.
