quiet street good selection gluten-free options stiff lock wobbly seat improper curtain
The hotel location was lovely. it was on a quiet street, yet close to lively streets with shops, restaurants, and cafes. the tube station was also close. breakfast had a good selection. I was happy to see gluten-free options.
the curtain in my room could not close properly. the door lock was quite stiff. the toilet seat was a bit wobbly, concerning.

The family room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the coffee and tea making facilities. Room service delivered everything from food to chargers.

a satisfactory experience
great location friendly staff uncomfortable bed non-functional fan
the location allowed us to explore easily. breakfast was included this was basic yet acceptable. the staff were very helpful and polite. i found this aspect really useful.
the beds were not comfortable for me. i found that the extractor fan in the bathroom was not working. the noise from the trains was audible. the sound could be heard in my room.
