great location relaxing spa
Dude, the breakfast blew my mind with so many choices. It really set me up for each day exploring. the spa was also killer after long walks. Everything was well kept and seriously relaxing. the location it's great you have to stay here!

I particularly appreciated the excellent location for exploring historical sites. The staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations, especially regarding local restaurants. The spa facilities provided a relaxing experience after long days of sightseeing. I also found the cleanliness of my room to be commendable.
There was some street noise at night. it didn't disrupt my stay significantly.

The front desk arranged a private airport transfer for me. the concierge offered helpful tips on local attractions. Staff members promptly addressed my inquiries. And also, the housekeeping service was consistent. They were very polite.

decent breakfast variety clean spa area complimentary bottled water
breakfast included a decent variety of options. the spa area was clean and well-kept, i liked the shower pressure in my room. bottled drinking water was available in the room each morning, a helpful touch.
The hotel temperature was quite warm. I found it difficult to adjust the room temperature.

weak air conditioning disorganized breakfast
i found a couple of issues . the air conditioning in my room was quite weak. it struggled to keep the room cool, especially during the day. the breakfast service felt disorganized. the area became very crowded and chaotic at peak hours. i thought they could improve the layout or staffing to manage the breakfast rush better.

The breakfast had good variety. The indoor pool was a decent size. The location is perfect as it is very close to some great restaurants. It is a short walk from the main square.
The shower cubicle had slight mold.
