amazing stay with awesome staff!

superb location friendly staff breakfast views

the location is superb! it's a very short walk to the spice bazaar and also to the tram station, a huge plus. the staff really were very good, so helpful and friendly, i was genuinely impressed! the breakfast on the rooftop had views to die for, it was a real highlight each morning (i especially loved the fresh orange juice).

The family room was a bit small. with four people, we found the single wardrobe to be insufficient. We needed more storage space.

the hotel provides airport transfers that i booked with assistance from the reception. i also noticed they have a rooftop bar that looked amazing, though i didn't get a chance to try it. the breakfast area is located on the fifth floor, offering city views.

the breakfast buffet had a rich and varied selection of foods, offering both local and international options. i asked the chef to prepare a traditional turkish egg dish called 'malemen' which was delicious. fresh juices are available, though there is an extra charge of 4€.

the staff brought me a cake for my birthday that i charmed. the hotel itself located in the center of a city. it was convenient to everywhere by walking. the room was very clean with a nicely decorated interior

A Gem Near the Spice Bazaar

The hotel boasted an excellent location near the Spice Bazaar. The styling showed great attention to detail. The room offered an excellent layout and ample size. I found the interior work provided a high-end feel.

The soundproofing was not completely effective. Some noise transferred between rooms.

coffee situation noise level

the coffee situation was dire. i mean, seriously, a relic from the '80s? it tasted as charming as it sounds. also, the noise from what i assume was the egyptian market made sleep a concept i only vaguely remembered. i suppose i was expecting a bit more zen. the breakfast had wide selection but was very average flavour.

The staff was fantastic! I really loved how helpful and friendly everyone was. The breakfast buffet included many tasty options, so I was always trying different foods. The location is perfect, very close to the key attractions, so I walked everywhere.

The street outside can get quite busy with market activity, and street access is a little difficult.
