the staff ALWAYS greeted me with a smile and were quick to assist with directions. my room included complimentary water bottles replenished daily. the rooftop terrace had comfortable seating with amazing city views. the hotel provided a complimentary airport shuttle, very CONVENIENT.
i noticed the elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours , requiring a short wait.

Really good Service and Perfect Location

The staff greeted me with tea, flowers, and candy on separate trays. I found this very thoughtful. My room had red petals in the shape of a heart on the bed upon arrival, a nice touch. The hotel staff even walked me to a restaurant one night to make sure I secured a table.
The fake rose petals were decorated upon arrival. IT took some time to clean them up. I am sure they keep reusing them.

I found the staff greeted me with tea. They also provided Turkish delight upon arrival, this was nice. My room had flower petals on my bed, a cute touch.
My room was small. There was not a luggage rack because of this, I found this a problem. The breakfast options were not very diverse, fruit options were especially limited.

The hotel location is excellent. It is a short walk to many attractions. The staff provided a welcome tea and a snack upon arrival. My room was very clean. The bathroom was also great. Breakfast on the terrace was superb, offering diverse choices.
The phone in my room was old and took up a lot of space on the table!

The breakfast was not good. There wasn't much fruit, the orange juice tasted artificial, and there was no yogurt. it was like a low-quality breakfast, and i was really disappointed.
