Each room has a private bathroom, hairdryer, satellite system, safe box, coffee/tea maker, smoke detector, mini-bar, make-up mirror, electronic key, fire-extinguishing system, LCD TV, VRF air-conditioning, hot-water machine, and free wireless internet. Standard single rooms feature miniature balconies and French doors. Triple and family rooms contain either three separate beds or one king-size bed and one single bed. Superior rooms, located on the top floor, include king-size beds, wide LCD TVs, and a work desk.

Breakfast includes a spread of fresh and dried fruit, creamy yogurt, muesli, Turkish cheeses, olives, breads, and pastries. The dining room offers views of the Hagia Sophia. The rooftop terrace provides views of the old city and the Bosphorus Strait. There is a bar area and a lounge where drinks are served.
