The location was acceptable because it was near Taksim Square.
The level of cleanliness was not up to par. Dust and hair were found in the room. The staff demonstrated a lack of concern regarding these issues. This diminished the overall quality of the visit and should be addressed

The location is unbeatable! it's close to taksim square and the metro station, so getting around was very easy. the staff was very friendly, always greeting me with a smile and ready to assist with anything. the cleanliness was also great. My room was super clean upon arrival and maintained well .

My room included a comfortable double bed, a work desk, and a mini-fridge. It also featured modern decor and ample lighting, which i found very practical and appealing. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. The space was well kept and always very clean.

Breakfast had a variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The restaurant staff was attentive and ensured all the food was replenished regularly. i also ordered room service once, it was prompt and the food tasted good. The menu offers various choices.

The hotel provides a fitness center with several treadmills and weights. It allows guests to maintain their workout routine. there is also a spa. It features a sauna and steam room for relaxation. the business center includes computers and printers, very useful for work.
