the location was great and the staff was friendly.

The room lacked soundproofing, resulting in disturbances from other guests. I heard every creek and conversation. the advertisement mentioned soundproof rooms, but it was not true. the parking fee also felt steep at £20. The listing implied parking was included, this was misleading.

surprisingly lovely stay

i found the staff cute and efficient i secured parking right on site i was also swiftly directed to my room. the room was nicely decorated with some lovely touches i really enjoyed the soft towels and toiletries. the beds were also unbelievably comfy a great sleep was had for sure

the rooms were not sound proofed as i expected i could hear every creek and door bang i found it disruptive. i was not able to get much sleep on the first night the noise made it challenging to relax and unwind

I was really disappointed by the lack of soundproofing. I could hear everything happening around the room. This made it difficult to sleep. I wasn't happy about the parking situation. I was told parking was free, but then I got charged upon departure. It felt misleading.
